Spray counter lightly with non-stick cooking spray. Roll dough into a 12x18-inch rectangle. Spread apple pie filling evenly over dough leaving 1/2-inch around all edges. Sprinkle crumbled spice cake on top of pie filling. Starting with a long side, roll up jelly roll style. Place seam side down. With a sharp serrated knife cut into 12 slices. Place on a large sprayed baking sheet and cover with sprayed plastic wrap. Let rise until double in size. Remove wrap and bake at 350°F 25-30 minutes or until golden brown. Combine icing ingredients and mix well. Drizzle over cooled rolls.
