Heat oven to 350°F. Grease cookie sheets. In large bowl, beat sugar, brown sugar and margarine until light and fluffy. Add molasses, maple extract and eggs blend well. Add flour, baking powder, cinnamon and salt beat at medium speed until well blended. Stir in rolled oats and cereal. Drop by heaping teaspoonfuls 2 inches apart onto greased cookie sheets.
Bake at 350°F. for 8 to 12 minutes or until light golden brown. Cool 2 minutes remove from cookie sheets.
TIP: One cup butterscotch chips can be added with rolled oats and cereal, if desired.
