1. Preheat the oven to 325°F. Spray an 8 x 8 x 2-inch baking dish with nonstick cooking spray and layer the apples and cranberries in the dish.
2. Combine the lemon juice and spices in a small bowl pour over the apples and cranberries.
3. Combine the flour, oats, oil, fructose, and vanilla and stir until the mixture looks like granola. Sprinkle over the apples and cranberries.
4. Bake the crisp uncovered for 20 minutes. Broil the top of the crisp for 2 minutes until the top is slightly browned, if desired.
