Heat water to boiling. Add tea bags, gingerroot and orange peel remove from heat. Steep 10 minutes remove tea bags. Let stand 30 to 60 minutes. Place mint in ice-filled glasses. Strain tea over ice. Strain and refrigerate any remaining tea.
