Ingredients

1 medium banana
1 cup skim milk
1 tablespoon sugar
2 teaspoons baking cocoa
1 teaspoon powdered instant coffee
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
3 or 4 ice cubes, cracked

Directions:

Place all ingredients except ice cubes in blender. Cover and blend on high speed about 15 seconds or until smooth. Add ice cubes. Cover and blend about 15 seconds more or until blended. Serve immediately.
