Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Beat milk and pudding until smooth and thick. Combine vanilla and Cool Whip. Blend into cream cheese and pudding mixture. Crush Oreo cookies in blender just a few at a time. Put waxed paper circles in bottom of pots to cover holes. Layer pudding and crushed Oreos into flowerpots, ending with Oreos on top. Decorate with a few silk flowers.
