Total Calories: 448
Combine all ingredients and cook (over medium heat) until thick, 5-7 minutes. Pour into baked pie shell. Use egg whites for meringue.
Meringue:
Whip egg whites and cream of tartar until frothy. Add sugar gradually and beat until stiff. Pile on hot pie filling. Bake at 400° for 8-10 minutes.
