Drain blueberries. Combine juice with sugar, flour, lemon juice, and cinnamon. Boil until thick, stirring constantly. Cool and add blueberries. Cream cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla. Whip whipping cream until stiff. Stir together whipped cream and cream cheese combination. Spread into pie shell. Spoon blueberry mixture over top and chill overnight.
