Peach Crisp:
Combine flour, sugars, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt. Cut into butter with pastry blender or fork until crumbly. Combine peaches with maple syrup, lemon juice, and rind. Place in 9-inch square baking pan. Sprinkle with crumb mixture. Cover with foil. Bake at 375° for 30 minutes. Remove foil. Bake 15 minutes more, or until crisp on top. Serve warm or cold with Creamy Maple Sauce.
Creamy Maple Sauce:
Combine ingredients and simmer about 30 minutes or until thickened and reduced. Chill.
