Beat the egg whites. Mix sugar and baking powder. Add to egg whites. Beat until stiff peaks form. Fold in nuts and cracker crumbs. Bake in buttered pie pan 45 minutes at 300°. When cooled, top with whipped cream. Garnish with extra cracker crumbs and pecans.
