Combine sugar, cream, corn syrup, and butter in a saucepan. Bring to a boil and cook for 3 minutes. Stir occasionally. Remove from heat and add candy. Stir until most of the candy is dissolved. Cool. Serve strawberries topped with a dollop of sour cream and drizzle with sauce.
