In a small mixer bowl at low speed, beat sour cream, salad dressing mix, butter or margarine, parsley and herb seasoning until well blended. Cover and chill at least 2 hours.
Remove tops and seeds from green peppers. If necessary, cut a thin slice off the bottoms so peppers will stand. Wrap and chill.
To serve, spoon dip into peppers. Sprinkle with paprika. Serve with chips or vegetables.
