In a small mixer bowl at medium speed, beat cheeses and butter or margarine until uniform.
Add green pepper, red pepper or pimiento and pepper flakes beat well. On a sheet of waxed paper, form into a 7-inch log. Wrap and chill at least 3 hours.
Remove from refrigerator about 30 minutes before serving. Remove wrap. Slice and serve with crackers.
