Brown sausage in skillet, adding 1 tablespoon at a time to prevent sticking. When sausage is browned, add onions, sugar, salt, pepper, and Worcestershire; simmer 2 minutes. Add flour, sprinkling evenly on top of sausage. Add water and milk gradually until right consistency is achieved. Add a dash of Kitchen Bouquet for color. Simmer 10–15 minutes.
