Place butter in a heavy iron 9-inch skillet. Place pan in a preheated oven set at 475°. Mix milk, flour, and eggs lightly to make a batter. After butter has melted, tilt pan so that the entire surface will be coated with butter. Add batter and bake 12 minutes. Remove from oven and invert onto a large plate. Drizzle butter in the pan over popover. Sprinkle with cinnamon sugar. Roll it over in loose jellyroll fashion. Slice and serve.
