Pineapple Muffins

Ingredients

2 cups all-purpose flour
1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1/8 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup butter, softened
2 tablespoons sugar
1 large egg
1 (8-ounce) can crushed pineapple in heavy syrup, undrained

Directions:

Stir together flour, baking powder, and salt. Cream butter and sugar. Beat in egg until blended. Add flour mixture and pineapple. Stir only until moistened. Turn into paper-lined muffin tins. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
