Boil macaroni until tender drain. Stir in beef and soups mix well. Add half the cheese packet from the box of macaroni and cheese stir in milk. Pour into an ungreased 2-quart casserole dish sprinkle remaining cheese on top. Bake at 350 degrees for one hour.
