Place garlic and 2 tablespoons olive oil in a 12" skillet heat over low heat until garlic is tender, about 2 minutes. Increase heat to high and sauté until golden, about 10 seconds. Add tomatoes, stirring occasionally until the sauce is thick and chunky, about 10 minutes. Remove from heat stir in mint and season with garlic salt and pepper. Pour over warm spaghetti to serve.
