Mix ground beef and tomato sauce together set aside. Spread 1/4 cup tomato sauce mixture on the bottom of an ungreased 13" x 9" baking pan layer with about half the noodles. Pour half the sauce on top drop half the cottage cheese by spoonfuls into the sauce. Sprinkle with half the mozzarella cheese repeat layers beginning with noodles. Bake at 350 degrees until cheese melts, about 20 to 25 minutes.
