Cut squash in half. Scoop out seeds and add a small amount of water directly into each cavity. Wrap the squash halves with plastic wrap and cook in microwave until soft enough to scoop the squash out of the shell. Mash and mix the squash with the other ingredients. Spread out evenly in a lightly greased Pyrex square baking dish. Bake in a 325° oven for about 20 minutes.
