Allow spinach to stand at room temperature to defrost completely (do not soak in water). Squeeze very dry and combine with remaining ingredients, mixing well. Pour into greased 9x13-inch baking dish. Bake in preheated 350° oven for one hour or until brown. Serve with a crisp tossed salad and crusty bread.
Editor's Extra: This is easy to halve and bake in a smaller baking dish to serve 3-4. It will take less time to bake, about 40 minutes.
