Cream butter with brown sugar in small mixing bowl; add flour and nuts. Mix to make a crumb mixture. Reserve one cup for topping. Press remainder into bottom of 8-inch square pan.
Filling:
Mix well and beat until creamy. Pour over crumb mixture. Sprinkle remaining crumbs over filling. Bake at 350° for 12–15 minutes.
Editor's Extra: Though nothing beats the taste of real lemon juice, the bottled kind subs quite well, and the frozen variety is almost as good as fresh.
