Mix flour, 1/2 cup butter and sugar together. Pat into greased 9x13-inch pan. Bake 10 minutes at 350° and cool. Heat over low heat the butterscotch chips, corn syrup, and 2 tablespoons butter. Cover bottom of crust with nuts. Pour melted mixture over nuts. Bake for 10 minutes.
