Melt almond bark in microwave or in double boiler. Drop dry, fresh cranberries into melted bark a few at a time. Remove each one to wax paper, individually, and let harden. Delicious as hors d’oeuvres, candy or a snack.
Editor's Extra: Be sure to do these one at a time. Good with chocolate almond bark, too!
Fun Fact: The cranberry is one of only three fruits native to America, the others being the Concord grape and the blueberry.
