Mix all ingredients. Roll into small balls. Flatten on greased cookie sheet with the bottom of a glass dipped in sugar. Bake at 375° for 10 minutes.
Even Easier: I don’t bother to form perfect balls . . . just spoon on in little dollops. My grandkids don’t expect cookies to be perfect circles—those are bought cookies!
