1. Reserve a few berries for garnishing. Place remaining berries, water, splenda, brown sugar, cinnamon stick, and lemon juice in a saucepan. Simmer, uncovered, for 15 minutes.
2. Drain through a sieve, catching liquid. Chill sieved liquid. Just before serving, whisk in the yogurt and apple juice.
