1. In an 8-quart saucepot, place oxtails. Cover with 3 inches of water. Add onion, bouillon granules, salt and pepper. Over high heat, bring to a boil reduce heat to low, cover and simmer for 3 to 4 hours or until meat is very tender. Skim off fat.
2. Add tomatoes with juice, tomato paste, green beans, cabbage, carrot, celery, bay leaf, parsley, splenda, thyme and marjoram. Over high heat, bring to a boil reduce heat to low, cover and simmer for 45 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
