Slice loaf horizontally into two large pieces. Combine margarine, mustard, onion, and poppy seeds. Spread on bread and top with cheese. Place slices in a foil “boat” and sprinkle bacon on top. Bake 15 minutes in 375° oven; cut in serving pieces.
Fun Fact:Carhenge, in Alliance, Nebraska, is an exact replica of England’s Stonehenge constructed of vintage American automobiles, all covered with gray spray paint. Built by Jim Reinders, it was dedicated at the June 1987 summer solstice. In 2006, a visitors' center was constructed to service the site.
