Cut hard-boiled eggs in half; remove yolks. To the yolks add melted butter, Worcestershire, parsley, onion, and dry mustard. Mash and mix together. Fill egg whites and put into greased baking dish.
White Sauce:
Melt butter and blend in flour. Add hot water to flour mixture. Season with salt and pepper. Add cream. Mix well and cook over low heat until thick. Pour white sauce over eggs and sprinkle with cheese. Cover dish and bake at 350° for 25 minutes.
