3 green bell peppers
1/2 of meat filling plus all of the cheese from Family-Size Pizza Pie recipe
Cut 3 large green peppers in half, remove seeds, and blanch in boiling water for 5 minutes. Drain and fill with meat mixture. Place in greased 8 x 8-inch baking dish; pour 1/4 cup water in bottom of dish. Bake in preheated 350° F oven for 20 minutes. Remove from oven, sprinkle with cheese, and bake 10 minutes longer, or until cheese has melted and filling is heated through.
