Combine sugars and sour cream in saucepan. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until sugars are dissolved. Cook until soft ball form in cold water. Remove from heat. Add vanilla and pecans. Stir until light sugar coating begins to form on nuts. Turn out on wax paper. Separate nuts by hand; let cool.
