Cut butter into flour. Add water gradually as if making a pie crust. Roll very thin and cut into 4-inch squares. Beat egg white until stiff. Fold in sugar and flavoring. Place about 2 teaspoons of egg white mixture into the center of each square and fold corners toward center of square. Place on a greased cookie sheet and bake at 350° until lightly browned.
