Put powdered sugar in a bowl and add condensed milk; milk well. Add flavoring and form into a ball like pie dough. Leave in bowl and chill overnight.
Next day form into little balls and chill several hours. Melt chips and wax. Dip balls into chocolate and let set till firm.
