1. Place flour in resealable food storage plastic bag. Add chicken, a few pieces at a time shake to coat.
2. Heat oil in large skillet over medium-high heat until hot. Add chicken brown well on all sides. Drain and discard oil from skillet.
3. Add all remaining ingredients to skillet. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low cover and simmer 30 to 40 minutes or until chicken is fork-tender and juices run clear, stirring occasionally. If desired, serve over hot cooked pasta.
