1. GRILL DIRECTIONS: In Dutch oven or large saucepan, combine turkey drumsticks, water, 1 1/4 cups of the beer and onion. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat cover and simmer 30 minutes. Drain discard liquid.
2. Meanwhile, heat grill. In small bowl, combine remaining 1/4 cup beer, chili sauce and dry mustard mix well. Set aside.
3. When ready to grill, place drumsticks on gas grill over medium heat or on charcoal grill 4 to 6 inches from medium-high coals brush with sauce. Cover grill cook 20 to 30 minutes or until turkey is fork-tender and juices run clear, turning and brushing frequently with sauce. Bring any remaining sauce to a boil serve with turkey drumsticks.
TIP: To broil drumsticks, place on foil-lined broiler pan broil 4 to 6 inches from heat using times above as a guide, turning and brushing frequently with sauce.
