1. GRILL DIRECTIONS: Heat grill. In small bowl, combine all ingredients except chicken mix well.
2. When ready to grill, place chicken, skin side down, on gas grill over low heat or on charcoal grill 4 to 6 inches from medium coals. Cook 45 to 60 minutes or until chicken is fork-tender and juices run clear, turning once and brushing frequently with butter mixture. Discard any remaining butter mixture.
TIP: To bake chicken in oven, place in ungreased 13 x 9-inch (3-quart) baking dish. Bake at 350°F. for 45 to 60 minutes. Transfer to broiler pan broil 4 to 6 inches from heat for 2 to 4 minutes, brushing twice with butter mixture.
