1. In large saucepan, combine water, bouillon and salt bring to a boil. Add wild rice. Reduce heat to low cover and simmer 20 minutes.
2. Add long-grain rice. Cover simmer an additional 25 minutes or until rice is tender and liquid is absorbed.
3. Meanwhile, in large skillet, combine sausage, celery and onions cook until browned. Drain.
4. Stir in rice mixture. Serve as a side dish or use to stuff turkey or Cornish game hens.
TIP: If desired, dressing can be baked in greased, covered casserole at 325°F. for 35 to 50 minutes or until thoroughly heated.
