1. Heat oven to 350°F. Place chicken in large saucepan or Dutch oven. Add water to cover. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low cover and simmer 10 minutes. Drain.
2. Meanwhile, in small saucepan, combine all remaining ingredients mix well. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low simmer 5 minutes.
3. Arrange chicken in ungreased 13x9-inch pan. Brush chicken with 1/2 cup sauce. Bake at 350°F. for 30 to 40 minutes or until chicken is fork-tender and juices run clear, basting occasionally with sauce. Bring any remaining sauce to a boil serve with chicken.
