1. GRILL DIRECTIONS: Heat grill. In small saucepan, combine honey, onions, tarragon and mustard blend well. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low simmer about 5 minutes or until slightly thickened.
2. When ready to grill, place chicken on gas grill over medium heat or on charcoal grill 4 to 6 inches from medium coals. Cook 15 to 18 minutes or until chicken is fork-tender and juices run clear, turning once and brushing occasionally with mustard mixture.
3. Layer lettuce leaf, chicken breast half, tomato slice and avocado slices in each kaiser roll.
TIP: To broil chicken, place on broiler pan broil 4 to 6 inches from heat using times above as a guide, turning once and brushing occasionally with mustard mixture.
