1 dozen chicken wings pieces, thawed
Oil for frying
3 tablespoons smart balance spread
1 1/2 teaspoons "i can't believe it's not butter"
3-5 tablespoons hot sauce
1 tablespoon white vinegar
Salt
Pepper
Blue cheese dressing
Celery sticks
Pour oil in deep fryer to 1" deep. Heat over medium high until wooden spoon handle sizzles within 3 seconds when dipped in the oil. Fry wing pieces 15 minutes, turning a couple of times. Don't crowd the wings.
Meanwhile, add remaining ingredients to large skillet and turn heat to low. When wings are ready, turn up heat on skillet to medium. Remove each wing piece with tongs and shake off excess oil, drop into skillet. Shake skillet frequently to coat wings in sauce, for 3-5 minutes, until wings are browned. Remove to plate, serve with celery and bleu cheese dressing. Serves 1-2
