	Deep Fried Corn Fritters

Serves: 5

   1 can cream style corn
   1 cup flour
   3 eggs
   1 teaspoon baking powder
   1/2 teaspoon salt
   1 teaspoon sugar
   1/3 cup pepper

Mix all ingredients together. Beat lightly. Drop by spoonfuls into deep fryer. Corn fritters are good with fish dishes instead of potatoes or French fries
