2 1/2 pounds smoked ham "ground smoked ham"
1/2 pound ground pork
1 cup crackers crushed
1 cup milk
1/2 cup onions chopped
2 eggs beaten
1/4 teaspoon black pepper freshly ground
3/4 cup brown sugar
3 tablespoons cider vinegar
2 tablespoons water
1 1/2 tablespoons mustard prepared
Preheat oven to 350° F. In a large bowl combine ground ham and pork, crackers, milk, onion, eggs and pepper. Place in an ungreased 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pan. Bake for 1 1/2 hours. Remove from oven; drain off fat.
In a small bowl combine brown sugar, vinegar, water and mustard; blend well. Spread on ham loaf; bake 30 minutes longer.
