2 tablespoons butter or margarine
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon white vinegar
1/4 cup plum preserves
2 tablespoons mango chutney
1 1/2 teaspoons dijon style mustard
1 clove garlic minced
1 ham center-cup, cut 1/2 " to 3/4 " thick (about
1 8-ounce can pineapple slices drained
In a large skillet over medium heat melt butter or margarine; add sugar and vinegar stir until sugar is dissolved. Stir in preserves, chutney, mustard and garlic.
Add ham to skillet; cook for 5 minutes on each side or until heated through. Transfer ham to a heated platter; cover and keep warm.
Add pineapple slices to plum sauce. Cook over medium heat, basting with sauce, for about 5 minutes or until heated through.
To serve, arrange pineapple slices around ham on platter. Spoon remaining sauce over ham and pineapple.
