1 15 1/2-ounce can red salmon drained, boned and flaked
2 cups bread crumbs soft
1/2 cup milk
2 eggs beaten
2 tablespoons parsley minced fresh
1 tablespoon onions grated
1 tablespoon lemon juice fresh
1/4 teaspoon salt
Dash black pepper freshly ground
Dill Sauce
Preheat oven to 375° F. Grease an 8 1/2 x 4 1/2 x 2 1/2 -inch loaf pan. In a medium bowl mix salmon, bread crumbs, milk, eggs, parsley, onion, lemon juice, salt and pepper to taste until well blended. Spoon into loaf pan. Bake for 40 to 45 minutes or until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean.
Remove loaf from pan to a heated serving platter. Serve sauce separately.
