Combine flour, sugar, baking powder and salt in a bowl. Stir together milk, egg, oil and banana. Pour into dry ingredients and mix with fork until just moistened. Stir in walnuts. Fill greased muffin tins 2/3 full. Bake at 400°F for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
