Sprinkle yeast over water. Sprinkle sugar over the yeast and let sit for 5 minutes. In a saucepan, heat milk, honey and oil until very warm but not hot. Stir in cheese and add 2 eggs. Stir in 3 cups flour and beat until smooth. Add yeast mixture and beat in remaining flour. Stir until smooth. Cover and let rise until doubled, about 1 hour. Punch dough down and spoon into two greased loaf pans. Beat remaining egg with 1 tablespoon water and brush over loaves. Bake at 375°F for 30 to 35 minutes.
