Combine all ingredients using 3 cups of flour. Mix until smooth. Add enough flour until dough is no longer sticky. Knead 7 minutes. Let rise for 30 minutes. Punch dough down and divide in half. Form into 2 loaves. Place in oiled loaf pans, turning over to coat both sides. Cover with clean dish towel and let rise until double in size, about 45-60 minutes. Bake at 350°F for 25 to 30 minutes until golden brown. Remove from pans and brush tops with butter.
