Combine water, yeast, honey, oil, and salt in bread mixer or bowl. Add 6 cups of flour and mix until smooth. Mix in dough enhancer and gluten. Add remaining flour a cup at a time until dough pulls away from sides of mixing bowl. Knead for 6 to 8 minutes until dough is smooth and elastic. If kneading by hand, use just enough flour to keep dough from sticking to hands. Form dough into 4 loaves. Place in greased loaf pans and let raise until doubled, about 45 minutes. Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes. Remove from pans and brush tops and sides with butter.
