Sprinkle yeast into 1/2 cup warm water. Let sit for 5 minutes. Combine butter, water and sugar in microwave bowl. Heat until butter is melted and sugar is dissolved. Beat eggs and add to liquid mixture. Mix in salt and 4 cups flour. Beat until smooth. Stir in yeast. Add rest of flour and stir until smooth. Dough will be sticky. Let rise until doubled, about 45 minutes. Mix down. Spray with cooking spray and cover with plastic wrap. Put in refrigerator overnight.* Sprinkle counter lightly with flour and roll out in large, thin rectangle. Spread with Orange Butter, reserving some for frosting. Roll up and slice 1 1/2-inch thick. Place on greased cookie sheet and let rise until doubled. Bake at 350°F for 15 minutes or until light brown. Frost with remaining Orange Butter.
