In a large mixing bowl combine dry ingredients. Add butter. Mix on low speed until butter is evenly distributed and mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Add buttermilk and stir gently with a fork. Knead gently. Roll out to 1/2-inch thick. Cut with a biscuit cutter or rim of a glass. Place on lightly greased baking sheet. Bake at 425°F for 10 to 15 minutes or until lightly browned. Makes 15 biscuits.
